Our spring/summer darling featuring local rhubarb with the loveliest, just-sweet-enough, aperitif wine - Cocchi Americano Rosa from Italy. We maintain the tartness of the rhubarb while complimenting the aromatic vegetable with the floral aperitif (with complex rose & grapefruit notes), a touch of soft vanilla bean, and the sweetness of organic cane sugar. tasting notes: vegetal | tart | sweet pink wine
