A classic mustard infused with pieces of Black Summer Truffles from Northern Italy.  Created in partnership with A. Bauer's—established 1888 in Queens, NY—it is delicious on bratwurst or sandwiches, used in a vinaigrette or on your favorite charcuterie plate. 4 oz. (113 g)

  • Whisk into dressings and marinades
  • Combine with maple syrup for a quick sauce or glaze for pork chops or Truffle Brats
  • Delicious paired with Mortadella and Provolone on bread 

Ingredients: Mustard seed, vinegar, salt, spices, Black Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum) (2%), truffle flavoring
