Faq's

Your charcuterie order will arrive on a disposable wooden board in a lidded bakery box. We recommend refrigeration until you are ready to eat your Charcuterie Order.

Your order will come with Sustainable Tongs, Knife & Spoons. We do not include plates, napkins or silverware with our menu orders unless specifically requested via email. 

We make our platters the day of delivery to supply the freshest ingredients to our customers. We recommend ordering the day of, however you may purchase the day before, wrap the box with plastic wrap, remove any crackers and keep refrigerated for the next day. Some items such as the flowers may perish slightly. 

Artisan Eats provides grazing platters, Barkuterie platters for dogs, and grazing tables for events.

For grazing platters and Barkuterie platters, 48 hours’ notice is required. For grazing tables larger than 2 feet, bookings must be made 2 weeks in advance.

Yes, you can request to reschedule your event if you provide at least 5 days' notice. Reschedule requests with fewer than 5 days’ notice may not be accommodated.

If you cancel 5 or more days before the event, you can credit your payment towards a new order within six months. Cancellations made fewer than 5 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

In the case of extreme, unforeseen circumstances such as sickness or emergencies, Artisan Eats reserves the right to cancel or change your order. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

After delivery or pickup, grazing platters should be refrigerated and can be stored for up to 24 hours. They should be removed from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Grazing tables will be taken down by Artisan Eats staff after 2 hours of completion.

While Artisan Eats can omit certain items upon request, we cannot guarantee allergy-friendly products. Items may be processed or prepared in facilities handling allergens such as nuts, dairy, or shellfish. This applies to both human and animal products.

Yes, all platters are made to order. However, due to availability, some items may be substituted with similar products. Seasonal fruits and vegetables may vary. Please note, Barkuterie platters are for dogs only and should not be consumed by other animals or humans.

If you are dissatisfied, the maximum amount you can recover from Artisan Eats is the amount you paid for the service. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to recover more than the total contract price.

If an emergency arises (such as a venue issue or COVID-19 restrictions), the parties will notify each other as soon as possible. Payments made for cancellations within 5 days of the event are nonrefundable, and the client agrees to pay the full amount despite the emergency.

Any lawsuits related to this agreement must be brought in the courts located in Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio, or the US District Court for the District of Ohio.
